Bow Clip

I was making a hair band and decided to make a similar bow but attached with a alligator clip instead. Since the bow is big, it's easier to clipped in pony tails instead of using it as a hair tie.

Demin Hairband

I haven't been able to spare time to make any stuff since early this year. Finally pick up the scissor to snip my old demin skirt to make a hairband because I just couldn't find one I like that is not over-priced.

Here's a simple one I did using demin and lace. It's 4cm wide. It matches one that I made for my daughter.

Pink Rose

Something sweet for a even sweeter P5 student who was assigned to buddy my daughter during the first 4 days of school. She not only helped and guided my daughter during recess, she even brought her around the school when time permits.

I noticed she had long hair so I made a hair-tie for her. Hope she likes it.

 

Bow Clamp

Handmade Bows on clamp for my daughter's teachers. The bows are made using my old blouse. There is a bow on each side of the 6cm clamp aka as bulldog clip.

Checkered Bows

I used the scrape cloth left after making these outfits to make some bows. I attached matching fabric buttons to the bows to make it looks like the bow on Hello Kitty. ;p The bows are used here as hairties and headband.

 

Floral Hair Comb

Flower made using scrap cloth with faux pearls for the center. I sew the fabric flower to a small hair comb here.

Butterfly Headband

Made a couple of butterflies using scrap cloth and glued it to headbands with ribbons.

I made a butterfly and flower using scrap cloth and beads. I glued them on snap clips here.

Checkered Bow Headband

I found my son's old kindergarten uniform and recycled to make a double bow; the checkered bow on the top and the solid coloured bow below. I used the same checkered cloth for the headband.

Denim Bow

I bought a dress online that was too long for me. I removed a section of the dress to shorten it and used some of the cloth with some lace to make these - Denim Bow Headband and Hairtie.

Ruffle Headband

I recycled the ruffle part of my daughter's old dress and used it on an old plain headband.

Wire Headband

I used a plain ribbon to wrap the black wire headband (with teeth). I made a bow using some leftover ribbon and cloth and attached it to the headband.

Ribbon Bow Hairtie

A double layered ribbon bow with a fabric button sewn in the center. Used as a hairtie here.

Ribbon Hairtie and Clips

I added on some checkered ribbon flowers with a faux pearl in the center to the striped flower I sew with the scrap cloth I used as lining for the backpack. I sew a elastic hairtie to it.

I used the same checkered ribbon flowers to make some matching hair clips.

Blooming Rose Hairtie

Another crochet rose I did to use as a hairtie. This time, I made it to look like a rose that is in full bloom.

I did a crochet rose and sew and hairtie to the back. Using the crochet rose as a brooch would be nice too.

Crochet Flower Hairtie

I made another crochet flower using some leftover cotton yarns. It is sewn to a hairtie here with a fabric covered button in the middle.

Floral Bow Hair Clip

I bought some ribbons to make these flowers to be used on a bag but the colour didn't go well with it. Instead, I made bows and attached the flowers to them. I had used them on alligator clips here.

 

Black & White Daisy Hairtie

I use the leftover scrap cloth after making the yo-yo for the wristlet to make these hairties. These flowers would look lovely as brooch too.
